Hey! I'm Lori and I, like most women I speak to, have struggled with body image issues my entire life. 
I have been on a rollercoaster for as long as I can remember with these fad diets and exercising until I injure myself all in the hopes of attaining unrealistic body goals.
I'm over it!
I'm on a journey of learning to love myself, building up myself to become HER! We all have a HER inside us: that woman who exudes happiness and self-assurance, who makes choices aligned with her truest self.
